1.1 Is it possible to purchase or order the BMW products offline?
Many of the items can be purchased at your local BMW dealership. Should the item be out of stock, the dealer will be happy to order it for you.
1.2 Can I order any of the BMW products by telephone?
Currently we do not offer the facility for customers to place their order by telephone.
1.3 How will I know if my order has been received?
Once you have placed an order with BMW Direct, you will receive an email confirming receipt of your order. Please note that this email does not mean that your order has been accepted by us.
2.1 How do I pay?
To process your orders quickly and securely, we only accept payments through PayPal.
2.2 Why do you need my phone number?
Please provide a contact telephone number during checkout, as this will enable us to quickly contact you in the unlikely event that there are any issues with your order.
3.1 How much does it cost to have my item(s) delivered?
Postage and packaging costs £1.99 per order.
So if you order more than one item in a single transaction, you pay only £1.99. In order to benefit from one postage and packaging charge for multiple items, please add items to your basket and pay for all items together.
3.2 How long will it take for my order to be delivered?
We aim to dispatch all orders within 2-3 working days of cleared funds, therefore your items will be delivered within 4-5 working days from placing your order. Items with delivery from BMW Germany will be dispatched in around 10 working days and delivered to you within 11-12 working days (unless stated otherwise within the listing).
Please note, due to essential system updates, there may be a delay over the stated delivery times for items purchased from BMW Direct. We apologise for any inconvenience.
3.3 Do you deliver outside the UK?
No, but we do ship to all addresses within the UK excluding Gibraltar and British Sovereign Bases Cyprus.
4.1 Can I return my item(s)?
Under the Distance Selling Regulations you have up to 7 working days after you have received your delivery to cancel your order via BMW Direct. BMW Direct offers our customers an additional 7 working days in which to cancel their order, equating to 14 working days in total.
If you would like to return an item, please send us a message through eBay and we will respond with the return address and an identifying number for you to enclose with the returned product.
If the items have been deliberately damaged or destroyed, we will not accept the return and the customer must pay for the cost of the damage.
Please note: In order for us to process a refund, we require the goods to be unused and returned in their original packaging, including all labels.
Please note you are responsible for any loss or damage from when your item(s) are delivered to you until they are returned to us. For this reason, please only send items back to us via a trackable postal service.It is the buyer’s responsibility to arrange and fund the cost of returning an item(s) to BMW Direct. The only exceptions here are instances where the BMW Direct team deem an item(s) to be faulty or when the wrong item(s) has been sent – a separate procedure is followed here which will be communicated to the customer accordingly.
4.2 Can I return an item to any BMW Dealership?
At the moment, we are only able to receive returned product via post.
4.3 How long does it take to process a refund?
Where appropriate, refunds will be issued within 48 hours upon receipt of proof that the item(s) has been sent back, or when the item(s) itself is actually received back.
5.1 Do BMW products come with any warranty?
All BMW products come with a two year warranty, giving you peace of mind if they should become faulty within 24 months of purchase. You can make a warranty claim at any authorised BMW Dealer worldwide who will repair or replace the defective part but only if you retain your original receipt of purchase from BMW Direct.
Damage to any part due to incorrect fitting by yourself, a Dealer or a workshop not authorised by BMW as well as faults due to fair wear and tear are not covered under the warranty.
6.1 I have a query with how I use/fit an item I have purchased, who can I ask?
Any authorised BMW dealership will be able to assist with any query relating to the use of or fitment of our BMW products.

6.2 How do I know if a specific part is compatible with my vehicle?
Please note that all products offered in the shop are suitable only for RHD vehicles.
If you are not sure whether a part number is suitable for your vehicle, you can send us your VIN (Vehicle Identification Number) at firstname.lastname@example.org or include it in the notes at checkout and we will check the compatibility for you.
