I’m so happy with my purchase! Once again, Ben has knocked it out of the park! Plant is healthy and beautiful, and I can’t say enough about the care that was taken to package it. It arrived looking like the post office had used it as a soccer ball. The ends were smashed in and the top was mangled. But it was packaged so well that my plant survived unscathed!! I’m a return customer and will always come back to this seller. Highly recommend!!

I was so stoked to receive this plant, but it does not come as pictured. The leaves were completely brown and crisp upon arrival. They were also infested with mites. The seller notified me that this is the plants dormant stage during this time of year. Never responded about the issues. No discount or refund offered. I ordered two of these plants and both had the same issues. Seller never responded. So disappointed. These are not cheap. I usually don’t leave reviews, but other ppl should know.

Platycerium elephantotis does go into its dormant period from May/June to August each year. This piece of info is stated on its description in red. It's plant's nature to be this way. Even a replacement won't change outcome. It's Mother Nature created plant this way. All of our Platycerium listings, we have advised buyer to read, understand and ask questions before purchasing. Our greenhouse is on time schedule on spraying insecticide and fungicide regularly to keep our plants we sell clean.
