| Q:What is your return policy? |

| A:All products purchased from Bluemangcompany ebay store are fully guaranteed for 30 days. Which means that within 30 days of payment, you may return the product to us in exchange for a refund less any shipping costs. |
| Q:Do you combine shipping? |

| A:You can request a combined invoice for items purchased which are marked with the same currency only. Many of our products are already marked with Free shipping. Upon request, a 20% discount of the total shipping cost will be applied to any products that are not currently marked with Free shipping and that are combined into one invoice. |
| Q:When can I expect my order to arrive? |

| A:All orders are shipped directly from Thailand in South East Asia. Orders with a total order value of less than 100usd are shipped by Airmail. From experience, lead times differ from country to country but are usually received within 10-14 business days (Monday-Friday) sometimes sooner. Please note, Airmail delivery dates cannot be guaranteed. |
| Q:Why can't Airmail delivery be guaranteed? |

| A:I can only use the postal services available to me. I cannot guarantee a delivery lead time for Airmail because on rare occasions Airmail can take longer than 10-14 business days. This is out of my control and I believe is due to the postal schedules and the custom clearance processing in the country of receipt. |
| Q:Can you use any other shipping methods? |

| A:Apart from Airmail, there is an express courier service which guarantees delivery within 5 business days. However this service is expensive and would normally cost three to four times the cost of the goods purchased. For this reason we only use this service for orders over 100usd in value or unless *requested specifically

| A:99% of my shipments are international and I can ship your order to you wherever you may reside in the world. |
| Q:You have more than one listing for the same product, what is the differnece? |

| A:Some products are listed on more than one ebay site for example, ebay.com, ebay.co.uk etc so you might see similar listings displayed in more than one currency. i.e, USD - US Dollars or GBP - British Pounds Sterling. Please chose the listing with the price displayed in the currency that you preffered to be billed. |
