Standard Delivery (2-4 days)
Free Delivery - Royal Mail Standard tracked. Royal Mail aim to deliver within 2 to 4 working days of the date your order is dispatched.
Next Day Delivery
£2.90 delivery charge, plus 50p per additional item. To receive your order the next working day, please ensure your order is placed before 1pm. If placed after 1pm your order will be dispatched the next working day (Mon – Fri).
£3.99 delivery charge, plus 50p per additional item - Royal Mail International. Deliveries normally take 5 to 10 working days from the date your order is dispatched.
Rest of the world:
£5.99 delivery charge, plus 50p per additional item - Royal Mail International. Deliveries normally take 5 to 10 working days from the date your order is dispatched. On occasions, delivery can take up to 28 days.
Delivery for eBay.com customers is free with Royal Mail Airmail.

Can I get a delivery charge refund?
If an item is faulty, damaged, unfit for purpose or we have made a mistake on your delivery, we will refund your delivery charge, unless the item is part of an order containing multiple items that were ordered by you. Delivery charges will also be refunded if you cancel your complete purchase within the seven day cooling off period.
Can I track my order?
Yes. For UK orders you can use Track and Trace on the Royal Mail website. For signed orders you will be able to see a proof of delivery online - a copy of the actual signature that was taken as receipt of delivery.
Please ensure all cancelled and returned items are returned to us within 30 days of you receiving your order.
There is a problem with my item, what do I do?
We want you to be pleased with your purchases so we guarantee to refund any item you are not completely happy with, as long as it is returned in a resalable condition with all tags attached and the order form or photocopy of the order form. We may not be able to process your refund without a copy of the order form. Refunds will be charged against the original method of payment.
We must receive your return within 30 days of acknowledging in writing your wish to return your order. In the interest of hygiene we will not be able to accept the return of underwear, swimwear, pierced jewellery or cosmetics unless they were of unsatisfactory quality when we sent them to you.
Can I return or exchange an item in the store?
Items bought on eBay cannot be returned to Blue Inc stores.
What about returns by post?
We offer a free returns service for UK customers. Simply follow the instructions on the delivery note included on your order. It is important to get a proof of postage when returning your items. The Post Office will provide you with a tracking number for this. We cannot refund anything until we have received the goods back and we cannot take responsibility for any returns by post that does not make it to us or gets lost in transit.
How long does it take to process a refund?
Once you have sent an item or items back to us for a refund, it can take up to 28 days for that refund to be processed and for the money to appear in your account. When you have cancelled an order before it is despatched, certain banks can take up to 5 working days to put the money back into your account.
