Our acceptance of your order by delivery of the goods constitutes a legally binding contract between us on these terms and conditions.
Prices and Payment:-
The price payable for the goods you order is as set out in our eBay shop at the time you place your order, plus any charges for postage and packing. All prices are in Pounds Sterling (£) and include VAT at the current applicable rate.
We must receive payment for the whole of the price of the goods you order, and any applicable charges for postage and packing, before your order can be accepted.
Order Refusal:-
We reserve the right to refuse to process a transaction at any time for any reason at our sole discretion. We may decline or cancel an order for the following reasons:
-Cleared payment via one of our accepted payment methods not received
-Buyer is registered in a country to which we do not post
-Buyer has received 2 Unpaid Item strikes within 1 Month
Order Cancellation:-
Under the Distance Selling Regulations you have a right to cancel your order provided you notify us of this by email within 7 working days of receipt of the item(s) and you must return the unused item(s) to us within 14 working days of receipt. To return an item to us please follow the instructions on our Returns Policy page.
If you wish to cancel your order prior to despatch please contact us immediately by email.
Conformity of Goods:-
We take great care to ensure that the description and specification of all the products in our eBay shop are correct. We cannot be held liable for any variation in colour representation caused by the computer software and equipment used to view our products.
We reserve the right to withdraw any product from this eBay shop or edit the contents of our eBay listings at any time.
Force Majeure:-
We shall have no liability to you for any failure or delay in supply or delivery or for any damage or defect to goods supplied that is caused by any event or circumstance beyond our reasonable control (including, without limitation, strikes and other industrial disputes).
