If you want to return something |
|
If you do not like your item or it is unsuitable, just follow the steps
below to send it back to me within 14 days. I will process your refund
or exchange as soon as I receive your return. No quibble. |

How to make a return or exchange |
|
1. Please notify me about the return by e-mail within 7 days of
receipt. |
|
2. Please return the items within 14 days of receipt in perfect
condition in the original packaging. |

4. Please enclose a copy of your original invoice, along with a note
indicating whether you would like to receive a refund or exchange the
item for an alternative product. |

5. Please ensure that you obtain proof of posting from the Post Office,
as I am unable to process returns which are lost or damaged during
return transit. The parcel and its contents are your responsibility
until it reaches me. |

6. I will refund the original selling price and P&P paid in full as
soon as I receive the returned goods in perfect condition. Kindly note
that I am unable to refund the return postage costs unless the item is
incorrect or faulty. |

If your parcel is returned to us by the carrier |
|
Packages are occasionally returned to us undelivered. When this
happens we will notify you by email that the package has been returned
and will issue a full refund including P&P. We are unable to
re-send undelivered packages. If you would still like to purchase
the undelivered items please place a new order and check the delivery
details carefully. |
