Shipping ● Items are shipped within 48 hours unless other arrangements have been made ● Most items are sent out via courier and require a signature
Payment ● I accept PayPal, Cheques, Postal Orders, Bankers Drafts or cash on collection (where appropriate) ● Please pay within 4 days of auction end ● In the unlikely event of non-payment an Unpaid Item Strike will be filed against your account on day 8
Returns ● Returns are accepted within 14 days of purchase ● If items arrive damaged or significantly different to the auction a full refund (including all postage) or replacement will be given once item is returned ● Returns for other reasons will be accepted for a refund (minus postage costs) once the item is returned unused and in the same condition it went out ● Recorded mail or other traceable means is required on returned items in order for refunds to be processed
