Dear Customer,

At Bike Wear Direct we want you to be entirely satisfied with your purchase, so in the unlikely event that you wish to return your item we give you a 14 day money back guarantee. Or if you choose the wrong size simply return back to us with a cover note quoting your item number, ebay id, name and full address and stating the size you wish to exchange for and the return postage costs and we will get the new item out to you asap, we do require customers to pay a contribution to return postage and packaging costs as we do not cater for this in our margins, the cost is £3.00 for items under £25.00 and £5.00 for items over £25.00, this can be included in the parcel.

It is very easy if you wish to return your goods for a refund using the 14 day money back guarantee. All we ask is that all items are returned by the customer to us in their original packaging and in the condition they were received. With a cover note quoting your order number, full name and address. Please note P&P costs are non-refundable.

Products we are unable to refund or exchange:

Unfortunatley delicate items such as helmets can not be refunded or exchanged. ALSO ANY PRODUCTS WHICH SMELL OF FOOD, SMOKING OR HAVE CLEARLY BEEN WORN AND NOT RESALE-ABLE TO OUR STANDARDS WILL NOT BE REFUNDED OR EXCHANGED.

Damaged Item/s:

In the unlikely event that you find damage/s to your purchase, we must be informed within 7 days via email: sales@bikeweardirect.co.uk

We will require photo/s of any damaged item. If your item/s arrive damaged, it is at our discretion to replace only the damaged part/s or to completely exchange your item/s, this is done at our expense.

In all cases we will work hard with you to ensure that you are totally satisfied with the end result and your purchase.
