Delivery Information

Bike Wear Direct aim to provide the best delivery service to our customers, and to do so as fast as possible.

Orders received before 7am will be dispatched the same day, otherwise we will be dispatching the item the next working day.

As a general rule anything over the value of £35.00 is sent via DHL/Yodel, these usually arrive within 1-3 days from dispatch. If you have opted for express delivery this will be sent on a city link 24 hour delivery service. If you have not got your item within 7 days please check with your local depot as if may have missed the delivery, if it isn’t there you can contact us and we will be happy to track the parcel for you.

Some items may be sent by First class post, which takes around 1-2 working days, if it takes longer than expected to be delivered we are sorry for this however as it isn’t a guaranteed service there is little we can do in the event of this. On the rare occasion a parcel may go missing we will require you to fill out a form to declare you haven’t received the item for our insurance purposes then we will send a free of charge replacement.

International delivery

Most low value items under £35.00 are sent via Airmail small packets service through royal mail. The guidelines for Europe are 3 working days and for the rest of the world 5 working days, however on occasions this may take longer.

Most items over £35.00 will be sent via DHL express or DHL select services. These are signed for tracked services. You can upgrade to these services for smaller items at an additional cost.
