I do understand and realise that all bra manufacturers differ from bra to bra, brand to brand - therefore I offer an EXCHANGE service if the bra doesnt fit correctly.
Providing that tags remain in tact and the bra is unworn - comes from a smoke-free enviroment I would be more than happy to exchange (within 7 days) for the same or alternative style if necessary

RETURNS POLICY

Returns will only be accepted in the case of a genuine factory faulty

You must report the fault withing 2 days of receipt of goods

A replacement will be sent out (as soon as Iam in receipt of the faulty item) or in the case of the item being no longer available an alternative will be offered or a refund including P&P costs

If however, an item is returned for any other reason e.g. doesnt fit - the buyer will be held responsible for any P&P costs incurred in returning the item and resending out the replacement

All returns MUST be from a SMOKE-FREE enviroment, with all original packaging/labels attatched to qualify

If a refund is required as the result in returning goods for any other reason than and an exchange (unless faulty) I reserve the right to charge a 25% restocking fee, deduct P&P costs and report the item to eBay to claim my seller fees
