Shipping and P&P Information

POSTAL SERVICE WITHIN THE UK

• Items will be sent out by Royal Mail First or Second Class service unless previously requested from buyers that an alternative service is required
• I offer a RECORDED/SIGNED for option (either 1st or 2nd class) which I strongly advise my customers to use (which offers upto the value of £30 compensation)
• Special delivery, can be arranged for items required next day, please contact me should you require this service (an additional charge is required)

POSTAL SERVICES ABROAD

• Any parcels sent out to European or Worldwide destinations will ONLY be sent using international signed for service through Royal Mail (upto the value £30 compensation)
• This service normally takes 10-14 days to be delivered

DELVIERY TIME

• First class Royal Mail normally takes 1-3 working days and second class approx 3-7 working days
• However, I cannot be held responsible for any delays, damage or for lost parcels caused by Royal Mail
• I do however, on all items despatched obtain a certificate of posting which I would be more than happy to forward on in the unlikely event that a parcel goes missing and do my best to help assist you with any other documentation needed to make a claim from ROYAL MAIL

POSTAGE & PACKAGING

• P&P is not only for the cost of sending out the item but for the time, packaging and printing materials needed to send out your item
• All items are packaged in a secure descrete tough waterproof mailing bag
• Should you require any special arrangements (such as a gift) please contact me prior to purchasing as all items are sent out with an invoice inclosed for your convience
• If you have any concerns about my P&P charges, please contact me prior to purchasing/bidding

SHIPPING TIME

• Shippments will be made on MONDAY, WEDNESDAY and FRIDAYS only
• To guarantee shipment on the relvant posting days payment must be received before 8am on the day of posting - otherwise shippment will then be sent on the next relevant posting day
• All orders are despatched once payment is made in full preferable payment method would be Paypal, however I do accept Postal orders and personnel cheques which will only be despatched once payment has cleared (usually 7-10 working days)

RESENDING OUT OF ANY RETURNED PARCELS

• Please ensure that your Ebay registered address is upto date with Ebay before processing to make a purchase.  If you have changed your address and failed to inform me, I will not be responsible for any costs involved if the item is required to be sent back to the buyer
