Our commitment to you

At Bibliografi we strive to offer first class customer service. We want to make book buying a pleasurable and hassle-free experience. If at any time during the purchase process you encounter any queries or problems please e-mail us at sales@bibliografi.co.uk and we will do all we can to sort matters out if at all possible.

Lost or damaged items

Should your item not arrive within the time period specified within your despatch e-mail, please allow a couple more days for postal delays and then e-mail us at the address above. We will then do everything we can to trace your parcel through Royal Mail. Parcels are occasionally delayed in the postal system for a variety of reasons and can arrive a few days late, though from our experience Royal Mail are very reliable. In the very unlikely event that your parcel does not arrive at all, we will provide you with a full refund (see below). Likewise, in the rare event that your item is damaged in transit you can also claim a refund.

Returns and refunds

Should your item be lost or damaged in transit, in the first instance please e-mail us at the address above (within 7 days in the case of damaged items). Please await our response before posting an item back for refund. We may require the returned item to be insured in transit and will specify this in our response. Returns should be sent to Bibliografi, 21 Prince of Wales Avenue, Reading, Berkshire, RG30 2UH, UK. Bibliografi prides itself in providing accurate descriptions of all its items (see the table within the individual item listing 'Our Book Descriptions - The Bibliografi Guarantee'). Refunds are given in the unlikely event that the item does not match its eBay description on condition that you e-mail us within 7 days of receiving it.
