I can often source items on request, so if there is something Mexican you are looking for, let me know and I will see if I can help. Postage & Shipping
I welcome customers worldwide - in particular welcome to my Australian buyers who are increasing daily thanks to eBay's new feature which allows me increased visibility on Ebay.com.au!
Combined Shipping
I always combine shipping where I can, so if buying more than one item from different listings, please wait for me to send you an invoice with the combined amount. Please note that due to the weight of the hammocks, discounts on multiple purchases are not that great, but please ask and I will try to be as competitive as possible!
Personal collections are welcome but by prior appointment only. I accept cash on collection only.
Payment Terms
I appreciate payment within 4 days of purchase. For UK customers I accept Paypal, cheques, postal order or direct bank transfer. European customers are invited to pay by Paypal and for European banks that comply, I also accept direct bank transfer.
For other international customers I can only accept payment by Paypal.
Returns
I will exchange or refund any item you are not happy with as long as the goods are returned in original condition and packaging within 7 days of receipt. If you return an item please ask for proof of postage from your post office.
Delivery charge and return postage will only be refunded if the item is faulty. We suggest goods are returned by registered post as we cannot refund items broken or lost during return transit. If an item is damaged, or not as ordered, please inform me within 48 hours of delivery to arrange a replacement or refund.
