The stay is as described and arrived on time but was fixed to the packing slip using sticky tape. When the tape was removed it left a sticky residue on the metal that took some effort to clean off. I contacted the seller about this but was told "..this is the most cost saving method..".

Hello due to royal mail postage cost ie large letter and ebay fees we try to send cheapest way possible ,when 1 stay is ordered we were unable to send in a large letter box. i tried to explain this before feedback was left obviously a little bit of tape was not to your satisfaction but as a small business we try to remain competive in our charges
