Your satisfaction is very important to us. We accept returns for an exchange, credit, or refund within 15 days of the item(s) delivery and we DO NOT CHARGE restocking fees. Items must be in their ORIGINAL CONDITION, not worn, or altered. We will not reimburse the return shipping. Any exchange, credit or refund will be for the original price paid, minus insurance and shipping. If we feel that the return policy is being abused we reserve the right to refuse any exchange, credit or refund. Refunds will be processed in the same form of payment unless another method is requested.
To return your purchase, please follow these simple instructions:
1-You should request a RMA number (Return Merchandise Authorization) before you ship the item back to us. We will provide the return address.
2-You will be provided RMA number along with the cancellation request so that we can cancel the transaction on eBay and redeem the eBay fees back; failure to ACCEPT this cancellation message will result in %15 deduction from your total.
3-Please enclose your original shipping document and return it in the original/your own packaging. If you don’t have your shipping document, please printout your name, address, phone number and item number, and enclose it with your returned product. 4-For your security, please return the package to us by an insured courier (USPS, FedEx, UPS or Parcel Post) and retain your receipt. This will protect you in case your jewellery is lost in transit. We are not responsible for the lost return packages.
5-Your refund will be processed within 1 to 3 business day(s) after we get the package.
6-If we are offering FREE SHIPPING; please note that $6.95 will be deducted from your total to cover our shipping expenses we paid in the first place to ship your package. |
