We usually deliver within 3-10 working days, unless you have purchased an item which is on NEXT DAY service or 48 Hour SERVICE, but maximum delivery Lead time would be within 3-14 working days on all eBay items.

Once the item is ready for dispatch and we have confirmation from delivery company then we will email customer a day before delivery.
where we deliver into is dependant on the delivery method - Items delivered by carrier are delivered to your door as these type of companies generally use this procedure. Should the item need to move into an upstairs room, carriers will not be capable of helping you with this. You will need to make your own arrangements for this.
All the items that are delivered by a national courier will be attempted once; courier driver will leave a card if the customer is not home, with a contact number of the nearest depot to arrange a more convenient time to deliver.
All the bigger items are delivered by our logistics department, e.g a Leather sofa's, Fabric Sofas, Divan Beds, Large wardrobes, Large Dining sets, big heavy mattresses etc then we can usually be more accommodating to have the items delivered into the room of your choice (but this must be requested before placing the order).
Regarding large delivery items, please be aware of the following restrictions.... Large items do pose delivery personnel with quite a challenge, and naturally they wish to get the job right without any damage to premises or product. Our delivery policy on large items is simply to deliver to your home, to your door/hallway.
Once the delivery is booked in for these large items and on the delivery day the customer is not at home to receive the items then there will be a minimum of £25.00 redelivery charge to the customer.
If for some reason we cannot deliver your order, or if your order has been delayed then in this case we will inform you straight away. In such case you have the rights to either cancel your order and get full refund or wait until the item is available, the choice would be entirely yours.
Signing for Your Goods + Free Insurance Conditions
We give you free insurance on all goods so you can order with confidence. However, for free insurance you MUST inspect your goods BEFORE you sign for them. Open boxes carefully along sellotaped edges. We take great care in packaging your goods and they should arrive in perfect and hygienic condition. - Delivery personnel are obliged to wait up to ten minutes for you to inspect your delivery.
In the unlikely event of any damaged goods, for free insurance you must sign 'DAMAGED' on your drivers delivery note and contact us immediately.
No claims for damaged goods will be accepted once you have signed for the order.
If you sign for the goods and write unchecked. You are actually saying you are happy to accept the goods without checking them. Therefore no claims for damages can be made in these circumstances.
