Fisher Price BRIARBERRY bears

The Briarberry Bear Collection was released in 1999 and discontinued in 2000.  The Collection included some now hard to find items, such as the China Cabinet and the Swing set.

The Collection is made up of high-quality cuddley bears with outfits, srotybooks, furniture and accessories.  Each bear has its name embroidered on its left paw and each outfit is embroidered with the signature berry.

There are 35 Bears - some released more than once but both unique. There are Christmas bears (Kris, Nicole and Merry). Babies (Mary (rare), Kristin, Joey, Anna and Julie and some Animal friends (Ellen - Dog, Kate - Cat, Sue - Lamb and Hannah - Rabbit).  There are two boy bears Ben and Justin.  Other bears include - Molly, Maggie, Beth, Sarah, Lynn, Jane and more.

Furniture include - Rare China Cabinet set & Swing Set, Highchair and Cradle Set, Canopy Bed, Other more accessible include the Foldout Sofa Bed, Wardrobe, Kitchen Stove set, Dining set, Dresser, Carry Case & Rocking Chair.

There are 4 deluxe sets - School Set, Doctor Set, Baby Care Set, Wedding Set   - these include unique outfits, furniture pieces and accessories.

There are 31 different outfits - Rare ones include the canadian release only Satin Club Jacket, Denim Dress, Fairy / Party Dress,  Jeans and sweater, Hawaiian outfit there are more but far too many to mention.

I adore this collection and had to have the entire collection, so in the process I have some duplictes and these are often up for auction, but they will be sold out in time as the kids grow and no longer play with them so if you are starting out or just want to expand check back often to see what comes up next.

Fisher Price Great Adventures

The Great Adventures Collection was released in 1994 and discontinued in 2000. 

The Collection was meant to bridge the gap for boys between the Little People and Action figures.

The Collection is made up of the Castle, Pirate, Western including Fort Dakota and Robin Hood sets

The first to be released was the Castle, Boulder Blaster, Jousting Knights and three knight figure packs - 1 gold, 1 black and one multicolored (later to be renamed the kings guard).

Further Castle sets included - Purple Wizard set, the red dragon (with tamer), Dragon Duel, Dragon Tower, Fire and Ice Brigade, Giant, Dungeon Trap, Fire Breathing Dragon, Trojan Horse.

Next came the Pirate Ship, pirate island, Shark Raft, Blue Beard Pirates, Skeleton Mates and Bandit Pirates.

Other Priate sets included - Ghost Raiders, Mighty Mouth Whale, Claw crew & yellow Jacks, Vikings Fury, Sea Serpent, Lost at sea, 2nd smaller Pirate (dragon)ship.

Also the Shipwrecker Sub.

Next the Wild Western Town, Buckaroo Bull, Cannonball Coach, Rustler's Roundup, Fool's Gold set.

In 1998 the Robin Hood's Forest  was released.

The Magic Castle, Royal Coach, Dragon (red), Cyclops, Haunted Castle (skeleton/Ghost/mummy), Sorcerers (wizard/witch/orb)

The Fort Dakota was next along with the Indian Village, Indian chief and Buffalo, Fort Dakota Canoe and Covered Wagon.

Further Fort Dakota sets included, Indian with horse, Cavalry with Horse and Bandit with Horse.

There were 3 Legendary Heroes - Robin Hood, Davy Crockett and King Arther - all around the same size as the Rescue Heroes.

Besides the large sets there were also mini sets released.

All - in - 1 Castle, All - in - 1 Fort, All - in - 1 Space Shuttle, All - in - 1 Sub, All - in - 1 Pirate Ship, All - in - 1 Construction.

I think this is a wonderful collection with great items for imaginitive play.

Fisher Price Other

Fisher Price has released a number of wonderful, well made, fun items over the years and i am sure there will be more to come.

The Fisher Price Fun With Food Line - released in 1987 some newer sets still available.

Big Action Garage - released in 1996 discontinued the following year.

Newer Releases include Fusion Crew, Shake N Go Raceway with additional sets still being released.
