About my stock
I buy my stock specifically to sell, therefore it is fresh stock and it has not been opened. I DO NOT buy from ebay to re-sell. If anything is older than a few months, I will always specify it as such on the listing. If there is a best before date, it will be given on the listing.
My stock is stored in a cool, dry & dark environment to prevent product spoilage.
I open outer boxes to check for samples, expiry dates, product leakage & that the contents are correct and occasionally to photograph new items, but I do not open tubes or bottles themselves as this could contaminate them & would age them. If an item came with a seal when I purchased it, it will be intact, if there is no seal when it gets to you, there wasn't one when I bought it.
Because I don't open my products to inspect them, I would not be aware of any problem with an item. So if you think your product doesn't look, smell or feel right, please get in touch.
I always try to describe items accurately, specifying the contents, sizes, quantities and any wear & tear on boxes or bags. The photo always shows what you are buying. I never use photos of larger sizes or with other items in the background to try to mislead you. What you see is what you get. If the photo shows a box, sample or bag, this is included.
I always specify the RRP or 'worth' price if there is one, so you know what you're getting. I DO NOT charge more for an item than what it is worth (obviously auctions I can't control). I REFUSE to charge for free product brochures which you can get sent free of charge by registering on the brand website.
For hygiene reasons, I only accept returns for faulty items, items not as described, or for those items covered under the Distance Selling Regulations 7 day cooling off period (see Business information/Returns policy page) .
