Items can be returned within 30 days after you receive the item as long as the item is unopened and in a sellable condition. Should you wish to return an item please contact customer services to obtain a returns reference number. When returning the product, please include your order number, reference number and reason for the return. If you receive an incorrect item or the item is damaged on receipt (excluding packaging) please contact customer services and we will send you a freepost returns label to return the item free of charge. On receipt of your item we will either send a replacement or issue a full refund.
