Delivery is FREE for all UK orders. We use Royal Mail 2nd Class Standard Delivery and we aim to dispatch all orders within 48 hours of receipt. Orders placed over the weekend will be dispatched on the following Monday (excluding bank holidays). Please allow 3-5 working days for delivery.
Royal Mail class a parcel as lost, 15 working days from dispatch. After this time we can conduct an investigation into the whereabouts of your order and after you complete and return a Lost Parcel Claims Form to us, we will either send a replacement or give a full refund. Please contact customer services after 15 working days from dispatch (please note this does not include weekends and public holidays) if you have not received your order.
If the parcel is too large to deliver and no-one is present to accept the package, Royal Mail will leave a “while you were out” card to arrange redelivery or collection at the local sorting office. Royal Mail will hold items at the sorting office for 18 days so please check with the sorting office first before claiming a lost parcel.
If an item gets returned to us from Royal Mail, we will not attempt to re deliver the item. A full refund will be issued in these cases.
