If you do not receive your order,
please check with your family members, or other flat occupants, and your local
delivery office. The post office do not consider an item lost in the UK until 15 working days after posting. (or 25 working days for overseas)
EBay automatically let you know by e-mail when we have posted your package. If you have not received
your package by the specified time then let us know and we will inform the post office
who will check into your area. (we always get proof of postage).
Please bear in mind that items missing in the post are the responsibility of Royal Mail not beadypapers. We have to work to their rules whilst waiting for them to trace your package.
