We at beadypapers want you to be delighted every time you shop with us. We do our best to describe and photograph everything accurately. Occasionally though, we know you may want to return
an item.If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, you can return it to us within 30 days of the date you received it and we will issue a full refund for the price you paid, no questions asked.
Please email us to let us know that your are returning it and when posting,
include if possible our invoice or your name and address so we know who has
returned it, obvious maybe, but some people send just the item.
Please Note: Postage will only be refunded on goods which are faulty or found to be
wrongly described.
Please remember to pack the items carefully and get proof of postage when returning items - this is a free service from the post office. (Our address at the top of our invoice). |
