If you have recently bought an item from us through either Buy it Now or an auction, please always use the checkout feature as this provides the information we need to send out your order.
Having difficulties in paying for your item? If it's too close to pay day or Paypal require you to update your account or you are having any other kind of difficulty in paying for your item, please let us know - we are reasonable people (who understand as much as anybody the concept of too close to payday and can't get to the Post Office!). All we ask in these situations is that you keep us informed by e-mail and give us an idea of when to expect payment. It is also very important in these situations that you complete the checkout as that will mean that you don't get any e-mails from us requesting payment and that you don't end up entering into the dispute process (all of which is automated to save us time!).
If we know about it we can deal with problems, if we don't know about it we assume you have no interest in paying for the item!! Any disputes could mean you get negative feedback and you will receive a non-paying bidder strike from e-bay which can eventually result in your account suspension! |
