We have used Selling Manager Pro to automate our feedback, which means that buyers will receive feedback from us automatically when we receive positive feedback from them. This gives us the opportunity to respond quickly to any issues that arise.
If you have received an item from us and are not 100% happy then we would prefer that you give us the opportunity to put it right first, either by refund or replacement, if you do not let us know about the problem we cannot help! Please e-mail any product concerns and what you would like done about them to us and we will try to sort them out as soon as possible, usually within a few hours.
Please do not be offended that we use this automated feedback system but between e-bay, our own website and working full time we are fairly busy people and would prefer to spend the time concentrating on providing the quality service our customers have come to expect!! |
