When you win an item or use buy it now, please use the e-bay checkout facility, as this allows us to print invoices and will advise us that payment has either been made or is on it's way (this also means that a non-paying bidder dispute will not be opened if we know that we are waiting for a cheque/postal order and you will not receive any automated payment reminders from us!).
If you have a special request please contact us through e-bay and not the paypal notes system as we will not always read the paypal notifications of payment. We will print an invoice directly from e-bay so your item will be sent only to the address that you have registered with E-bay/Paypal.
We have a daily postage cut off of 7pm - if payment for your item is received before 7pm we will post your item the following day (unless that's a Thursday as this is the only day we cannot post items). Dispatch Notification will be sent as soon as we have printed your invoice and have prepared your item for postage, if this is after our post office trip for that day then your item will be posted on the next available day. |
