Postage information
We aim to dispatch all items 24 hours from clearance of payment, however as this is not always possible we put our estimate dispatch at 3 days. If you require items urgently please contact us and we will do our very best to assist you in any way possible
We post Monday – Friday excluding public holidays, however special requests can be made for Saturdays.
Postage costs are for mainland U.K. & Northern Ireland. Postage to Channel Islands, Ireland, Europe & International may vary, please contact us for details prior to purchase please.

If you wish to purchase multiple items we can in some cases combine the shipping, please contact us and we will give you details.

PayPal is our nominated form of payment, however if this creates an issue for you

Terms of payment
The faster payments are made the quicker we can dispatch items. If payment has not been made or attempted within 7 days we will be forced to begin a dispute.
Postage, packing or handling charges
Our postal methods vary dependant on the item. We will use the cheapest fastest service available based on the size & weight of items. We generally prefer Royal Mail Special Delivery or Parcel Force although this may vary.
Our postage costs are inclusive of packaging e.g. boxes, bubble wrap etc.
Returns
We are sure you will be happy with your products but should you have any problems please contact us within 7 days of receipt to discuss and we will arrange a return, where a return is made all goods must be returned in the same condition and a refund will be issued as soon as is possible. Please note that as a buyer, you will be responsible for the cost of returning items, unless we have agreed to pay it.
Returns will not be accepted due to incompatibility, as it is the buyer’s responsibility to check that parts are a match to their vehicle. If you are unsure please contact us prior to purchase.
PLEASE BE AWARE THAT WE WILL NOT REFUND AN ITEM IF YOU HAVE NOT CONTACTED US WITHIN 7 DAYS OF RECEIPT SO PLEASE CHECK YOUR PURCHASE IMMEDIATELY UPON RECEIPT.

If the particular part you are looking for is not shown please contact us to see if we have it, as breakers we usually have the smallest, most obscure parts that dealers do not stock and we are often able to supply for a much cheaper price.
