Why is postage not refunded when I return goods?
We will refund postage, including the cost of returning an item to us, where the item is faulty.

As a charity we commit to making sure that for every penny donated to us, a penny goes to projects helping disadvantaged children in the UK. We are able to make this promise because the charity uses its investment income and Gift Aid to cover all running costs. This means we must minimise costs as much as possible and therefore we are not able to refund postage where items are not faulty.

How do I return or exchange an item?
Click here for information about returns. Unfortunately we cannot process exchanges - you will need to return your unwanted item and reorder any new items.

Can I order from outside the UK?
You can place an order from anywhere in the world, but your items can only be delivered to an address in the UK.

When will my order arrive?
We dispatch orders within one working day. Orders are dispatched second class and should reach you in a maximum of 5-7 days.

How do I donate?
To donate to BBC Children in Need using a credit or debit card, or to find information about all the ways to make a donation, please visit www.bbc.co.uk/pudsey/donate

How do I get a fundraising pack?
To order a fundraising pack or download lots of exciting fundraising materials please visit http://www.bbc.co.uk/pudsey/fundraising/

Why does postage cost £3.99 for small items?
To make things as simple as possible there is one standard postage cost. Based on our past experience, for the majority of orders this represents very good value for money, and for orders of a high weight or number of items it represents a considerable saving on standard Royal Mail postage costs.

Do you have a BBC Children in Need auction?
Yes we do! Our auction launches in November and you can find information and items to bid for here.

Why are these items not available as an auction.
This is an eBay shop where you can buy brand new items from BBC Children in Need. Each has a fixed price, and a guaranteed contribution from each product comes directly to BBC Children in Need. For this reason all prices are fixed. You can see our auction items here.

I can't find the product I am looking for...
This is the official BBC Children in Need shop where we sell merchandise directly on behalf of the charity.

Many of our official partners also make and sell their own merchandise to raise money for BBC Children in Need. To find out about all the products made by our partners, and information about where you can buy them, please visit http://www.bbc.co.uk/pudsey/aboutus/partners.shtml

Do I have to pay for one item at a time? / My account is showing that I will be charged £3.99 postage per item not £3.99 postage for the whole order.
If you are an eBay customer you must click 'commit to purchase' for each item. This will then add the item to your account.

When you have selected all the items you would like to buy you should go to 'my eBay'. This will allow you to review all the items in your basket. Click pay now and you can pay for all items together. At this point your postage will be reduced to £3.99 for the whole order.

Can I pay by cheque?
Unfortunately you can only pay for items using a PayPal account or by credit or debit card. This is to ensure that we can clear payment quickly and dispatch your items to you as soon as possible!

Can I order over the telephone or by post?
You can only order on-line directly from this BBC Children in Need shop.

The BBC Shop sells a few selected items that you can order over the phone.
