What methods of payment do you accept?
PayPal is the quickest, easiest and most secure way to pay. You will be required to pay immediately after you have agreed to Buy It Now. We're sorry, but we're unable to accept cheque, postal order, credit card, bank transfer or take payment details over the phone.
Immediate payment must be made through the eBay checkout.
Please ensure that you complete all steps of the checkout process. If the checkout isn't completed we will not be able to accept your payment and we will be unable to send your item to you.
How will I know when my order has been dispatched?
Your order will be processed after your payment has cleared. We aim to dispatch all orders within 2 working days of receiving payment. As soon as your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email to let you know. If you find that you haven’t received this email, check your Junk folder.
Where do you ship & how much does it cost?
All of our items are available for delivery to Mainland UK, Offshore UK, Northern Ireland & Republic of Ireland.
Unfortunately we are unable to deliver to PO BOX or BFPO addresses.
- Our Standard delivery service is FREE (Mainland UK only. Excludes auction items).
- Postage to Offshore UK and Northern Ireland is FREE (Excludes Auction items)
- Postage to the Republic of Ireland is FREE (Excludes auction items)
- Our Premium delivery service is £5.50 (Mainland UK only).
- Standard postage on Auction Items is £2.99.
Your order will be delivered to you during office hours (9-6pm), Monday to Friday. We are unfortunately unable to specify the time at which the goods will be delivered to you.
Parcels delivered to the United Kingdom and the Republic of Ireland are sent via our courier. They will make at least two attempts to deliver (A card should be left to state attempted delivery with you), if the delivery cannot be made the parcel will be returned back to our warehouse and will not be left at your local depot for collection. It is therefore very important that you provide a shipping address where you will be able to take receipt of the parcel or have somebody take receipt of the parcel for you. We have no problem delivering to work addresses.
How Long Does Delivery Take?
- Our Standard delivery service is delivered within 5 working days of dispatch (Mainland UK only).
- Our Premium delivery service is delivered within 3 working days of dispatch (Mainland UK only).
- Postage to Offshore UK and Northern Ireland is expected to be delivered within 7 working days of dispatch.
- Postage to the Republic of Ireland is expected to be delivered within 10 working days of dispatch.
What's your returns policy?
We hope you like and enjoy your purchase, but if you have decided for any reason that you’d like to return it, then the product can be returned to the address below. Please return the same, unworn product to us within 21 days of delivery and we will refund the cost of the goods. Please note that in this situation then the returns postage cost would not be included in the refund.

In the rare occurrence that you have received an item that is faulty, contact us via one of the above methods and we will include the cost of returns postage in the refunded amount, where the item is found to be faulty upon receipt and inspection.

What happens if an item I've ordered is out of stock?
At the time of listing all our items listed are in stock and available. Unfortunately in rare instances, we may not be able to fulfil an order due to the product not meeting our pre-dispatch quality expectations. All of our products are quality checked at the point of dispatch to ensure we are sending out orders in the perfect condition our customers expect. Should this occur we will contact you as soon as possible to let you know about the issue and offer you a full refund with our sincerest apologies
