Postage & Payment
We accept Paypal & Uncrossed Postal Orders for all purchases and Personal Cheques for larger orders (usually over £25).

We will post to confirmed UK and EU addresses.

Combined postage discounts available if items are not paid for individually. Please request combined P&P discount and updated invoice before payment.

We aim to dispatch parcels within 2 working days of cleared payment.

PURCHASE
P&P discounts are offered for multiple purchases.  Any reduction should be calculated automatically (based on details in each listing) but if you have any queries please contact me before payment to request an invoice.
 

PAYMENT

Paypal & Uncrossed Postal Orders are accepted for all purchases. Cheques are accepted for larger orders (usually over £20).

 

DISPATCH

I aim to post items within 2 working days of cleared payment.  I post to addresses provided by Paypal.  Please allow 7 working days after dispatch for items to arrive then check with your local sorting office before contacting me.  Please allow extra time around Public Holidays.  You will be asked to sign to confirm non-receipt as part of any missing item claims.

 

Where possible I will upgrade to Recorded Delivery for multiple purchases.

 

FEEDBACK

I would appreciate the chance to resolve any problems or queries before buyers leave anything other than positive feedback.

 

RETURNS

Buyers are requested to make contact via eBay before making a return.  Items should be returned within 14 days of purchase unopened and in original packaging (where applicable).  Returned items must be fit for resale.  Proof of postage should be obtained for all returns. Buyers are responsible for paying the original P&P cost plus return P&P unless items are found to be faulty.

 

If an item is returned to us by Royal Mail I will contact you to arrange P&P payment for item to be posted again.
