We only sell brand new items that are fit for purpose, correctly described and are of satisfactory quality.

Before buying read the item description where we will try and describe the item to the best of our ability. The item title may contain keywords only used so our items can be found easily in ebay searches. The photo is for illustrative purposes only and may not be of the specific item.

If you are in any doubt about an item "ask sender a question" to get your query clarified before buying. We are only able to answer questions sent to us via eBay's contact seller messages. No emails sent direct will be answered as our email inbox is not monitored. We try and answer all messages within 24 hours but we may take longer after we catch up from the weekend. Please note we are a business so do not answer any questions or telephones on an evening or weekend.

When delivery is by courier you need to sign for the item as damaged unless you are 100% satisfied that the item has arrived in perfect condition. This is a requirement of some couriers we use. Unless the item is signed for as damaged a claim cannot be made against the courier. You will be responsible for returning any items not sign for as damaged.

Include your ebay user id and item number with any correspondence, payment or item returned so we are able to quickly relate it to your ebay item.

Returns Policy



Items can be returned for any reason within 7 working days but must be sent back in new and unused condition with all original packaging still intact fit for resale as a new item(no exceptions). Postage costs for sending and returning the item are the buyer's responsibility.

Postage costs for sending and returning items are the Buyers responsibility unless the item was not correctly described and must be returned in all original packaging.

The buyer is responsible for postage costs in returning any faulty item unless the item was delivered by courier and signed for as damaged. If the item was delivered by courier and signed for as damaged or left in a secure location without a signature we will arrange collection and replacement.

The buyer is responsible for postage costs in returning any faulty item received by Royal Mail delivery or we will assist you in making a claim against Royal Mail for an item received damaged in the post Any faulty item received back to us will be tested and checked before we apply a refund. We will cover the postage for a replacement item to be sent.
