Returns
If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, please return it in its original condition within 7 days of the date of purchase. Some products are non-returnable for hygiene reasons. This is indicated in the product description contained on the listing.
How to make a return
You must notify us by email before you return a product.
In order to do this, you must:
email us at info@bangonthetrend.co.uk You will be issued with a returns number, this will act as a reference to us to identify your order. Refunds will only be processed once the original item has been returned to us.Once you have obtained a returns number,please write the number clearly on the outside of your parcel.
Returning the parcel
The item must be repacked in the same condition as it was received.
Please return to: Bang On The Trend Unit 14, Balmoral Drive, Poynton, Cheshire, SK12 1JN.
You will then need to return the package to a Post Office counter.
Obtain a postage receipt from the Post Office; this will act as your proof of return.
Refunds
We will process a refund to returned items that are in accordance with our returns policy.
Items must be returned in their original condition within 7 days of the date of purchase.
Once the product has been received and inspected we will process your refund.
Please note refunds will be minus our postage costs unless the item is faulty.
Exchanges
Exchanges can only be made within 7 days of the purchase and will take up to 7 days to be processed.
An exchange for the same product in a different colour or size will be sent out to you free of charge.
An exchange for a different product will incurr our standard delivery charge.
