 | Q: What is your return policy? |

 | A: I offer a no quibble return policy on all my items exept auction items and underwear/swimwear for hygene reasons. Goods must be returned at the buyers expense and a proof of posting record retained in case of loss. I will not be responsible for any postage costs exept if i have mis-described or the item is faulty on receipt. |

 | A: I am happy to combine shipping on all my items where it is feaseable. Please wait for a combined shipping invoice after purchase. |
 | Q: When can I expect my order to arrive? |

 | A: I post every day except Sunday and Bank Holiday and when the shop is closed so that we can take our holidays. Details of closing dates are found on the shop home page. |
 | Q: How much is the Shipping and Handling Charge? |

 | A: I am very fair with my P&P charges and the total cost is the cost of the stamp plus a very small amount to cover packaging materials. All my items are sent in new mailing bags or new jiffy bags. |

 | A: I will ship to any country within the European Union. Please ASQ for details of cost for the item you are interested in. Again, I charge at stamp cost plus a small amount for packaging. |
