This is the worst experience of online shopping ever I had. The seller's actions toward to problem solving was very timid and very negative. My shipping information shows on the seller's ebay website is wrong, and my information on ebay website has been always right. But the seller did not do anything and kept told me to update my address on ebay website and contact ebay by myself only. That made me upset.

One (1) of four (1) plates was chipped. Asked seller to refund 25% since the chipped place is dangerously unusable. Seller refunded only 10%. I'm unhappy that the seller shipped a defective item that did not meet the described criteria and I'm unhappy with the seller's response. I don't want a return for full refund because seller will simply do this again to another buyer.
