Delivery Charges
We always use 1st class delivery or Express Courier delivery for larger items and luggage. We aim to dispatch orders on the same day. A consignment number and notification of when your item is dispatched will be sent to you.

Channel Islands although part of the UK couriers consider Channel Islands as international postage hence please request a quote

Return Policy
We are happy to accept returns, so buy with confidence. Please contact us if you wish to return an item to us.

All returned items must be in their original condition unused with all labels/tags intact and deemed to be in a resalable condition. For unwanted items you are responsible for the cost of the return of the item and any postage paid cannot be refunded.

Please note for all unwanted returns
1. Please notify us within 7 days that you wish to return an item
2. We cannot accept responsibility until the item has been received back to us. We recommend a signed for return service.
3. Postage paid cannot be refunded and the order has to be returned at your expense.
4. The item has to be as sold in an unused condition. If the item is not in a new condition you may not receive a refund.
5. Please ensure all packaging is intact and original tags and warranty labels have not been removed. If the packaging or labels are missing you may not receive a refund.
6. For items returned not deemed as sold or with missing packaging, documents and/or labels you may not receive a refund.
7. Please include your order details with the return
8. Please allow 48 hours after receiving the order back for the returns team to issue a refund. Any payments will be refunded by your original payment method.
 
Luggage Purchases - Guarantees & Airline Damage
Always check your luggage before you leave the airport. Any damage caused by the airline baggage handlers have to be reported there and then!  All of our products are guaranteed however with all companies including Samsonite, Delsey and Travelpro won't cover you for Airline damage! Always report any damage before you leave the airport. They normally register your claim and provide you with a form to send back to them at a later date.
