Cancellations

Your Right To Cancel

You have the right to cancel your order with us at any time before the expiry of 14 days from the day after the date of delivery.
Please note that if your order has been processed we are unable to cancel it and therefore return costs are at your expense.


 

Shipping And Handling All orders are despatched via Courier or Royal Mail depending on the items ordered.

* For all courier items a surcharge of an additional £10.00 will apply to the Scottish Highlands & Scottish Islands, Northern Ireland,

 

Scottish Highlands includes postcodes : FK17-99, G83, IV33-39, all KW, PA21-33, PA35-40, PH18-26, PH30, PH31-42

Scottish Islands includes postcodes: HS1-9, IV40-51, IV55-56, KA27, KA28, KW15-17, PA20, PA34, PA41-48, PA60-78, PH42-44, ZE1-3.

 

 * For all courier items a surcharge of an additional £15.00 will apply to Isle of Man and the Channel Islands, Isle of Wight. We only ship to the UK including the above locations.


We DO NOT deliver Courier delivery items to BFPO addresses.

Please Note - If you provide us with an incorrect delivery address and your goods are signed for by another party, Baby 1 Stop will not be held responsible for any loss you incur as a result of your error.

If the delivery address refuse delivery of the goods or if you do not respond to the "sorry we missed you" card, left by our courier within 5 days, your order will be returned to the sender (Baby 1 Stop) and you will be charged for the return of the order:- the following costs apply

Please note our courier return charges are as follows: -
£24.00 up to 10kgs and 48p per Kilo there after



Damaged Goods

Careful quality control is exercised before our goods leave the manufacturer. Our carriers will exercise every care in ensuring the goods reach you in perfect condition.

However, should an accident happen, here's how to deal with it: When you take delivery you should inspect what you've ordered and if there is any damage to your goods, note it on the delivery note . DO NOT REFUSE THE GOODS. Then email our customer support team for assistance using Contact member, if it is not possible to verify the condition of the goods upon delivery then please note "Unable to inspect on delivery" on the delivery note or terminal. All cases of damage must be communicated to us within two days of delivery. We cannot accept damage claims which have not been so noted or of which we are notified after this period.

Depending on the nature of the damage, a replacement product / part will be provided either direct from the manufacturer or from Baby 1 Stop. We will attempt to find the quickest solution for you..


 

Delivery Schedule Your order will normally be despatched within 1 working day of your cleared payment being received, All customers receive a Despatch confirmation email to confirm.

 

If items are despatched with Royal Mail and have not been received, after 5 - 10 working days  please check with your local sorting office to see if the parcel is waiting for you to collect, Royal mail do not always leave cards to inform you of this. Please check this before contacting us. (Royal Mail do not class a parcel lost until 15 working days have passed after the due delivery date)

 

If items are despatched by Courier, delivery is usually within 1-2 working days (mon-fri), If the item(s) has not been received after 2 days please inform us.

Each Product purchased is sold subject to its Product Description which sets out additional Specific Conditions related to that Product including, without limitation, terms and conditions concerning estimated delivery dates and times.

We will take all reasonable care to ensure that all details, descriptions and prices of Products appearing on the Website are correct at the time when the relevant information was entered onto the system.

 All sizes and weights given as a guide only and are approximate. Representations of colour are approximate due to the limitations of photographic and calibrations of different output devices.

 

 

 

Guarantee All our products come with a 6 month guarantee against manufacturers faults.

Privacy Policy Greens and Co do not disclose buyers' information to third parties other than when order details are processed as part of the order fulfilment. In this case, the third party will not disclose any of the details to any other third party.

 

Returns Policy Our products and manufacturers are carefully selected and we think you will love the quality of what we offer. However, in the event that your purchase is not exactly what you wanted, here is what you can do:

Return policies can vary according to product. We accept returns within 14 days of delivery to you. The goods must be unused, in fully re-sellable condition and in their original packaging; they must be returned at the customer's expense and sent back to us. This does not affect your rights under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000.
Returns must be sent via a trackable insured method. Proof of postage is not proof of delivery. Send only by method that requires a signature. We are unable to collect items directly from customers. Your payment will be refunded within 30 days, less transport and insurance costs, subject to our receipt of the goods and inspection as to their suitability for re-sale.

 

Please note when returning items sold with Free postage a restocking/administration fee will apply ,this will be to cover the original postage / shipping cost that we incurred to deliver the item to you..Please contact us for further details if required.


If you wish to return something you have bought, e-mail through contact member to obtain a Return Authorisation Number. Returns cannot be accepted without this number. Please include the Return Authorisation number including you user Id with the item being returned.
