ITEM AUTHENTICITY - Unlike other sellers, we only deal with the genuine article. Therefore buyers may request an after-sale copy of the official purchase receipt from the original manufacturer. Copies will be sent via e-mail. Please note however that after previous sales, customers have made such comments as "no need for proof of authenticity, the quality speaks for itself " !
POSTAGE - All items are offered with Royal Mail 1st class recorded postage to UK and Royal Mail International Airmail to other countries. Dispatch is within 1 working day and a receipt from the Post Office as proof of postage is always obtained and retained by us for a period of 3 months. Whilst these services are very reliable, things can go wrong. In this case the buyer should contact us if their item is not delivered or damaged on receipt and we will submit a claim for a lost or damaged item to Royal Mail. As per their terms and conditions at the time of writing, compensation up to a maximum of £60 will be returned to the customer if the claim is successful. Please note the postage services offered do not include any tracking or insurance above that stated previously. If required the customer is strongly advised to contact us for further postage services which will incur extra cost, but is highly recommended.
RETURNS POLICY - Above all, we value complete customer satisfaction. In the unlikely event of a return, our policy states that the customer initially pays for return postage. A refund will then be given taking into account the reason for return and ultimate final inspection. Items must be returned in exact condition as when sold, including original condition of manufacturer's non-refittable tags.
