UK Postage Methods
We usually post weekdays and items are usually posted within 24 hours of payment. For covers and other light items we will use Royal Mail, for heavier items these will be sent via Courier. Please allow 14 working days for arrival of your item(s) due to Royal Mail's guidelines. You should receive an email on dispatch of your order.
Postage within the UK for covers, greetings cards and other light items is either set at freepost, £1.25 Recorded, or Special Delivery. Postage may be combined for some items but you will be charged for the most expensive item. Insurance may be added to the postage costs once the order exceeds £50.00
Postage within the UK for Books will start at £7.00 and may increase depending upon weight. We will send out an invoice advising of the costs.
For the covers and photogaphs we use flyweight stiffener boards to ensure that your order is packed properly (and hence the higher postage cost which reflects the quality packaging we use). Prints are sent in postal tubes to ensure that they do not get damaged.
We hope that the care we take packaging our items is reflected in both the feedback and Star ratings that you may wish to give us.
International Postage
The majority of our items will be posted using Royal Mail Airmail and we offer a Signed For Insured service. We usually do not offer heavy items abroad due to the increased postage costs. Standard Mail costs are £2.85. if you make a single payment for all items). You should receive an email on dispatch of your order.
Payment Terms
If after 7b days payment has not been received then you will receive a reminder from Ebay, shortly after this is we have not heard from yourselves we will start an Unpaid Item Dispute. If you have changed your mind or no longer require an item please contact us.
Returns
We believe that we describe items accurately but should you find an error in our listing and feel that the item is not as described please contact us within 7 days of receipt of the item to discuss returning the item. You will be asked to get a Certificate of Posting for the items as no refunds will be given unless we receive the item back in the same condition as it was received.
If you have merely changed your mind then please email us within 7 days of receipt, in this instance we will not refund postage.

Feedback
We have automated feedback which will leave a positive comment oncepayment is recorded. Should you be dissatisfied with any part of the transaction, please contact us and we will try and resolve any issues.
If possible please contact us prior to leaving Star ratings of less than 4 so that we can resolve any issues. Although ratings of 4 are quoted as being good by ebay, sellers are penalised if their average stars are less than 4.6. Obviously if this were to happen we would not be able to continue to sell on ebay.
