45 Day Money Back Guarantee
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, simply return it to us at your cost in the complete and original packaging (together with all accessories and manuals) within 45 days of the date of purchase. We will gladly replace the item, or return your money. Request RMA for return with reason for return. Use return shipping method which can be tracked. We are not responsible for lost packages.
Defective Batteries
If the battery does not function as advertised or is DOA under 45 Days from the date of purchase then we will replace the item or provide a full refund if we do not have in stock. Defective items can be exchanged for an identical item only. Shipping charges are not refundable. Please request an RMA # and write it on the outside of the package for your return to be processed. All defective batteries will have to be shipped back to our Hong Kong distribution center for replacement. For all transactions over 45 Days you will have to contact the manufacturer. Contact us and we will provide the contact details.

will split the shipping costs with you. If you pay to send the item back to
