 Q: My order has arrived with items missing?
  A: If you have ordered multiple items your order may arrive in more than 1 parcel however this will be indicated on the parcel. If your order arrives with 1 or more items missing please inform us immediately and we will send any items outstanding straight away, it will have been a picking error.
 Q: Where is my order?
  A: Please DO NOT send a email before five working days have passed as we will only advise to wait longer. p.s working days are Mon-Fri Listing states ESTIMATED delivery time.

  A: No we do not accept either of these payment methods due to eBay policy.
 Q: Can i return my item it does not fit?

 Q: Can i return my item but i have used the item or broken the seal on the packaging
  A: No - Used items or items that have seals on cannot be returned for credit or exchange as they are not in resaleable condition.
 Q: Ive accidently purchased the wrong item can i swap it please?

 Q: Do you combine postage costs?
  A: Yes - We offer a maximum postage rate of £7.95 for all UK orders and FREE UK delivery over orders totalling £75. The additional postage rate specified on each item is for multiples of that exact item only in that exact listing only. If you do not agree with the postage cost then please do not complete the checkout process & we will cancel the order
 Q: My country is not visible under P&P tab for countries that the item can be shipped to - Can i buy this item?
  A: No - We only ship to those countries as highlighted in the specific listing. Certain products cannot be shipped to certain countries.
 Q: Will you send me the item then i will pay for it upon arrival?

 Q: What colour is the item?
  A: The colour specifics will be highlighted in the item title or product description. If the item has the option for you to choose a colour ensure this is noted in your PayPal payment - DO NOT send an email with your colour preference.
 Q: Where is my item?
  A: If the item is still within our suggested delivery period of UK - 5 Working Days & Rest of World - 21 Working Days.  Q: Why are you not replying to my emails?
  A: We generally receive upwards of 200 emails a day and try to ensure all emails are replied to within 24 hours (weekdays only). Do not send multiples of the same email within 24h as it only prolongs the repsonse time for everybody else.   A: Unless you have selected or paid for an uprated delivery service with a trackable service then there will be no tracking available. We cna only send your items via the postal method you select.
 Q: My item has arrived broken -What are you going to do about it?
  A: Simple - We replace any item that arrives damaged simply inform us and we will replace it straight away.
 Q: I have selected the wrong shipping address!
