PAYMENT
Please pay within 4 days of purchasing an item. Paypal eCheques are accepted, but will have to clear before your order can be sent. This can take up to 10 days.
COMBINED POSTAGE
If you purchase several items from our shop or purchase items in separate transactions due to different colour choices etc., then please request an invoice total so that p&p charges may be combined whenever possible. If you pay for items separately, a p&p discount cannot be refunded at a later time.
RETURN POLICY
All items are made to order / custom-made and/or personalised. Returns can therefore not be accepted unless there is a manufacturing fault or a fault arises that clearly lies with the seller. In the unlikely event that you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 7 days of receipt of your item. Only when agreed with us should you return an item. Items must be returned in their original unused state. A refund can only be issued when we have taken receipt of the return item; it is therefore important to obtain proof of posting. You will receive a full refund including the original p&p cost, however the p&p cost of returning the item to us will be the responsibility of the buyer.
DELIVERY
Items are posted MON to FRI via Royal Mail First Class; overseas items via Airmail. Items are posted to the address provided by Paypal; please make sure that your address details are up to date at the time of payment. Items are dispatched within 1-2 working days of cleared payment.
