We process all orders on the same day once the payment has been verified. These orders are processed from 9am – 5pm, Monday to Friday.
In the unlikely event we are out of stock of a product, we will e-mail you to advise a delivery date.
If ordering from outside the UK please expect your items to take additional days to get to you. This time will vary dependant on the area of the world we are delivering to. For example, UK orders will normally take 1-3 days delivery time form the date payment has been verified. In Europe expect your item 2 days later than in the UK and in the US please allow an extra 5-6 days.
The majority of our products are dispatched via Royal Mail and Airmail.
We are only able to deliver to a physical address and not PO Boxes.

Any customs or import duties levied once your parcel reaches your country will be the responsibility of the customer. Obviously we have no control over these charges, so unfortunately we cannot predict what they will be. We do not guarantee delivery times as we cannot guarantee that once it leaves here, Royal Mail will be able to deliver it within a guaranteed time frame.
