Terms & Conditions of Sale

If any product fails under warranty Audio Brokers will try to repair the item as quickly as possible. We will not be responsible for any carriage or packaging. We recommend the packaging is kept for the duration of the warranty period to ensure a safe and speedy repair.

Delivery

All delivery is free and included in the price. Exclusions are outside of mainland UK including Scottish Highlands, Channel Islands and any other patch of UK land with sea between. If you find you live in these areas please contact for a quote, we aim to be as cheap as possible with postage, so full details will be required for an accurate estimate.

Returns

If you are unsatisfied with the product you have received, and it is in full working and resaleable condition we will offer a full refund for the product. As initial postage is free we will not cover the return carriage. From the date of delivery you have 7 working days cooling-off period as defined under the Distance Selling Regulations.

Loss or damage in transit

In the event that an item is lost or damaged during shipping, please contact Audio Brokers as soon as possible to arrange a replacement. All damaged items must be returned before we can ship a new product, and all lost in transit claims can take up to 30 days to process.

Defective goods

All defects must be reported within 3 days of receipt of goods. If an item is proven defective within 3 days of receipt, Audio Brokers agrees to issue a full refund once the item has been safely returned to us. We will refund the cost of postage to a reasonable amount where possible. Please email a copy of your postal receipt if required. We will not be acceptable for items returned to us that have been lost in transit. For this reason we recommend using a tracked postal service.
