To protect customers from fraud we can only despatch to the delivery address provided with your payment. Please confirm the address you would like us to send your order to is selected or added during payment.

AudioSpares welcome international orders. Payment must be in UK Pounds Sterling (GBP). We recommend making payment via PayPal which will handle the currency exchange, billing you in your own currency and paying us in GBP.

• AudioSpares export in accordance with UK law and are required to declare the true replacement value and nature of goods for export purposes.
• Customers outside the European Union are responsible for compliance with import regulations and any duty or import costs incurred.
• Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer's responsibility.
• If you are unsure of import restrictions and costs please check with the Customs authorities in your country prior to bidding/buying.

AudioSpares aim to despatch within one working day (Monday to Friday, excluding UK public holidays) of receiving your order and cleared payment.

Postage and packaging (P&P) costs and the standard delivery services offered are shown in our listings.

P&P for multiple items can usually be combined to save you money on shipping. Most listings have discounted "Additional Item" postage rates for more than one of the same item. For orders from more than one listing please send a "Request Total" or message before payment so we can apply postage discounts, or contact us to confirm costs before purchasing. We are unable to combine purchases or discount delivery costs after payment has been made.

If the carrier is unable to deliver they may leave a card or contact you. Most carriers keep undelivered parcels for a short time to allow you to arrange redelivery or collection before returning them to us. Parcels returned to us undelivered/uncollected may incur a re-delivery charge.

Royal Mail - First Class / Airmail

• Orders within the United Kingdom sent via First Class or Recorded "Signed For" usually arrive one or two working days after despatch to most UK mainland addresses. However, Royal Mail do not guarantee delivery times or provide tracking of either service and delivery can take longer. Royal Mail require we wait 15 working days before reporting First Class as late or lost so we are unable to investigate within this time.
• International orders sent via Airmail (Small Packet) are usually delivered in 5-15 working days within most of Europe and 10-15 working days for most other countries but can be delayed by customs clearance, additional security checks or during handling by local carriers so delivery may take longer. Airmail does not provide tracking and Royal Mail require we wait 25 working days before reporting Airmail as late or lost so we are unable to investigate within this time..

If timing or tracking of your order is important we also offer delivery via Express or Courier service.

Couriers and Express Delivery

Express orders and those that are heavy, large, bulky, fragile or exceed the compensation limits for standard mail services may be sent by courier. Most courier deliveries are tracked and often offer quicker or guaranteed delivery times.

UNITED KINGDOM COURIER PRICING IS VALID FOR DELIVERY IN MAINLAND UK ONLY.
The cost of courier delivery may differ to addresses in Scottish Highlands & Islands, Northern Ireland, Channel Islands and other offshore addresses. Please contact us for delivery costs to addresses with post codes starting with AB31-AB56, BT, FK17-FK22, G83, GY, HS, IV, JE, KA27, KA28 , KW, PA20-PA78, PH, PO30-PO41, TR21-TR25 or ZE.

The AudioSpares warehouse is not open to the public and we are usually unable to offer collection of eBay purchases. Visits to AudioSpares are by appointment only.

Goods may be returned for a full refund for any reason within 14 days of receipt. If you wish to return goods please contact us for return instructions. Customers are responsible for the cost of returning items unless defective or sent in error.
