We are currently moving premises. Some goods (e.g. TWT threading tools) are dispatched as normal except time to being posted is 1-2 working days instead of 1. Some other goods can only be posted after 1/6/2012. On the later items we only offer economy postage in future, where delivery takes 5-7 working days. Delivery charges 2-50kg
You can calculate postage by total weight and value (add together individual weights and prices shown in listings). You also need to allow for weight of packing that can be anything between 20gr to 4Kg or (10-20% of item weight)depending on form of packing or material.
Please note, due to several items that were sent then reported as 'not arrived' or suffered long delays (30-50 days) in the area of Spain*, Portugal*, Italy*, Israel, Australia and the USA we today 24/10/2011 introduce the policy obligatory recording (buyer need to sign for packet)of consignments sent to these, plus all non-EU countries. It is impossible to correct all postage prices in the individual listings immediately so this will be done within the next 3 months. As we have limited postal options to display, we only show the postal options relate to most of the situations (regular countries and regular options). Special cases will be dealt with separately; PLEASE contact us for postage before buying if not sure. “Recorded” consignment comes with a bar-code which allows tracking and requires the recipient to sign for it. This comes with a Royal Mail fee of 4.95 GBP for non-EU clients and 4.95 + VAT valid on: 24.oct.2011) for EU clients on each consignment. Please note International goods can suffer delays in transport, holding bays or at customs. This section is now part of our Terms and Conditions which is legally binding.
We no longer post by Surface Mail.
Any International consignment counts only lost in post if it did not arrive within 60 days after item(s) has/have been dispatched. Please, however contact us after 30 days if your item has not arrived so we can record this. Will require 3-5 days days to process your refund.
In some past occasions false claims were made. In case of any suspicious claim we will reported report these primarily to eBay and the relevant official body such as police.
