Items despatched for Next Business Day delivery via our courier will be delivered between 7am and 5.30pm Monday to Friday and require a signature. If unsuccessful your item will be returned to their depot awaiting further instructions or collection. Items sent by the Royal Mail Postal Service are subject to Royal Mail delivery guidelines i.e. 1-2 business days for 1st Class, 2-3 business days for 2nd Class. Please note that these times are guidelines only and that the Royal Mail do not guarantee delivery within these timescales. If your item is late we would ask that you check at your local sorting office as they are invariably there awaiting your collection. In the event that your item goes missing, ASW Motor Factors reserve the right to wait 10 business days (UK deliveries only, International deliveries 20 business days) after despatch date prior to taking any further actions, so allowing the Royal Mail to resolve the issue.
