Each ASNUBUMPERS.COM bumper unit is supplied ‘spot primed’ used as a reconditioning aid, where necessary with any major paint scores removed. It is recommended that pre flatting is carried out and a full primer coat applied in order to ‘kill’ the previous colour prior to the application of the top coat finish.
A condition code is detailed for each bumper unit in our stock which is an indicator of the level of the standard of the unit prior to the recondition process. For example, condition code 1 represents very minor imperfections, paint scores, minor scratches etc. Condition code 2 will indicate some minor plastic welding has been required and condition code 3 will indicate more extensive reconditioning has been performed. All our bumper units undertake a quality inspection prior to packing and despatch.
