Payment
We ask that all payments are to be made within 7 days of agreeing to buy an item.
If there is any problems with payment or more time is needed all we ask is that you notify use and keep use informed at all times until payment is made.
If a customer buys an item buy mistake all we ask is that they report it directly to ebay to retract the sale. and notify use within 7 days of winning the item. As once an item is won ebay will charge use for the sale of that item, and an unpaid dispute would have to be taken out to refund the cost of the sale.
All we ask is that please only buy items that you really want.

All Items are posted same or next working day
of receipt of payment in full.
All shipping costs include a small packaging fee.
All multiple orders can be combined to reduce on postage and packaging.

On receipt of returned item a replacement will be posted out same or next working day. In the event of the returned item being the last one in that range a credit note will be posted out or a replacement item.
All end of line replacement items or credit notes will be emailed first for the customer to agree before item is posted. No return post fee will be refunded.

Under the Distance selling regulations 2000
All items that do not meet the customers expectation should be emailed within 7 days of receipt of delivery, notify use of the customers dissatisfaction, and item should then be returned within 14 days of payment. All returned postage cost in this case will be payed by the customer and a 10% return fee will be deducted off the refund for this item to cover the administration costs.
Please obtain a proof of postage as Objet d'art interiors cannot be held responsible for non receipt of returns.
