Q. What is the condition of the items?

A. The condition of the items are listed in each listing. However, all our items are new with tags or with/out boxes in the case of shoes. Orders

Q. Can I change my order?

A. Yes, we will be able to change your order as long as we have not started processing it. Please message us on eBay with any problems. Payment

Q. What forms of payments do you accept?

A. We only accept payments through PayPal. We do not accept cheques, postal orders or cash payments.


Postage

Q. Do you have any discounted Postage Offer?

A. Yes, we do have a postage offer running where you only pay £2.99 for more than one item you purchase per order. This offer applies to UK customers only. International customers, please contact us for more prices.

Q. Which postal service will be used?

A. We normally send out our products by Royal Mail 1st Class Recorded Delivery which are signed for.

Q. Do you deliver outside the UK?

A. Yes, we do send our products internationally using a non-trackable service, Royal Airmail, subject to an increased delivery cost. The postage charges will depend on the total weight of the parcel as we combine our shipping costs. Please just ask for prices before placing an order.

Q. Do I have to pay taxes for receiving goods outside the UK?

A. If you order products from our site for delivery outside the UK, they may be subject to import duties and taxes which are levied when the delivery reaches the specified destination. You will be responsible for payment of any such import dueties and taxes. Please note that we have no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount. Please contact your local customs offics for further information before placing your order to avoid any surprise charges.

Please note that if you are purchasing from the UK and having your parcel delivered to another EU state then there are no taxes applied. Current EU member states include Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden and the UK. 

Q. How long will it take for the delivery?

A. If we receive your order by 2pm on a working day, the order will be dispatched on the same day and usually takes 1-2 working days to be delivered to the recipient within UK only. For International customers it varies between 15-20 working days.

Q. Do you do Next Day Delivery?

A. Yes, we do accept Nexy Day Delivery requests at an increased postage cost of £4.75.

Q. I have not received my item?

A. Normally, Royal Mail delivers parcels within 1-2 working days. If it is not delivered by then, the recipient will have to wait for up to 15 working days (UK only). If the parcel is not delivered even by then, it will be confirmed lost . The buyer will either be issued a full refund or be sent a replacement subject to stock availability. International buyers will have to wait for 20 working days for the parcel's delivery.

Returns & Exchange

Q. What is your Returns Policy?

A. We are happy to accept returns within 14 days of the transaction date as long as the product is not worn/used; with all tags attached. A copy of the invoice should also be included with the product for the returns to take place effectively. However, we do have the right to reject your return request if it is for hygiene reasons (which will be clearly mentioned in our product descriptions) or has exceeded the 14 day limit. Once we receive the item in perfect condition, a refund will be issued directly into the PayPal Account minus the original postage paid especially if the item/s is unwanted. Please note we will not cover the cost of returning the items to us unless they are damaged or faulty. Please contact us before sending the item back.

Q. I would like to exchange my item?

A. We are happy to exchange the product for different sizes or colour within 14 days of the transaction date as long as the product is not worn/used; with all tags attached. An exchange for a different product will not be acceptable and will be requested to return the item for a refund and place a fresh order instead. A copy of the invoice should also be included with the product for the exchange to take place effectively. Also, a further postage cost will be applicable. Please contact us before sending the item back.

Q. I have received a faulty/damaged item?

A. We always check our products before sending them out to our customers. In the event, you do receive a faulty/damaged product, we will ask you to return it to us either for a full refund including the original postage paid or a replacement subject to stock availability. We will cover the cost of returning the item too.
