We are happy to accept returns within 14 days of the payment date as long as the product is not worn/used; with all tags attached. Please note that we do have the right to reject your return request if we believe that the product has been worn, misused or has exceeded the 14 day limit.

To Return an item, go to My Ebay, then Purchase History and then select return item on the drop down menu next to the item that you would like to return. You must do this before you return an item to us.Complete the Returns Form on the back of your invoice and place it in the parcel that you would like to return. Send your parcel back to: asfashion online, Digital Dress Limited, Unit F, Hunter Terrace, Fletchworth Gate Ind Est, Coventry, CV5 6SP, UK. The customer must cover the cost of returning the parcel to us. We suggest that all parcels are sent to us using 2nd Class Recorded Delivery. You will be given a tracking number by the post office, which you will need to ensure that the parcel has reached us safely. The parcel remains your responsibility until received by us.

Please note that it takes up to 4 working days to process a return so please bear that in mind with the time it will take to reach us. Once we process your return a refund will be issued directly into your PayPal account minus the original and returns postage charges. You will be sent an email as soon as the return has been processed to let you know.

If you would like to exchange your item we ask that you return your original item for a refund and place a new order for the items you would like. The item should be returned as laid out in the returns policy above.
