| Q:What means of payment do you accept? |

| A:We only accept payment by Papal. We do NOT accept cheques, postal orders or cash, as we are an on line trading company.

| Q:Do you combine shipping? |
|
| A:For mutliple purchases the first item is charged at the stated postage rate, each additional postage charge will receive an £8 discount. Customers must NOT pay for anything until they have notified us that they have ALL the items they want, we will then send you a combined invoice for payment. Discounts apply only if items sent in same consignment. |

| Q:When can I expect my order to arrive? |
|
| A:All items will be delivered by Amtrak within 3 working days of payment being cleared. Delivery times may vary outside of UK mainland.
Please provide a daytime delivery address as a signature will be required for receipt of goods.
We will not be liable for any loss or damage suffered due to any reasonable or unavoidable delay in delivery. |

| Q:Can I have the goods delivered to an alternative address |
|
| A:Goods can be delivered to an address other than the billing address provided. Please do not send messages through the ‘notes to seller’ field in PayPal. Any messages must be sent through eBay or direct to info@arboreta.co.uk

| Q:Do you offer a collection service? |
|
| A:Unfortunately it is not possible for customers to collect their order as we are an online trading company set up for mail order only.

| A:Unfortunately we do not deliver outside of the UK. |

| Q:What is your return policy? |
|
| A:You have the right to cancel the contract at any time up to the end of seven (7) working days after you receive the goods. To exercise your right of cancellation, you must notify us in writing. You will be responsible for returning the goods to us at your own cost & must take reasonable care to ensure that the goods are not damaged. |

| Q:Do your products come with a warranty? |
|
| A:All goods supplied by us are warranted free from defects for 12 months from the date of supply.
This does not apply to any defect arising from fair wear and tear, willful damage, accident, negligence by you or any third party, use otherwise than as recommended by us, failure to follow our instructions or any unauthorised alterations or repairs. |

| Q:What gas do I need to run a patio heater? |
|
| A:You need either a 10kg BP Gas Light cylinder or a 13kg green bottle of Patio Gas - supplied by Calorgas & Flogas.
The regulator supplied with our heaters is a 27mm clip on version. Our patio heaters are made to run on Propane gas, we DO NOT recommend running them on Butane gas. |

| Q:What oil should I buy for the garden torches? |
|
| A:Clear, highly refined lamp oil produces a better flame and increases wick life. Always look for the words 'ultra-pure' on any oil you buy as it insures the highest grade of refining, and the most odourless and sootless burning. |

| Q:How do I care for the garden torch wicks? |
|
| A:A properly adjusted wick produces a flame approximately the size and intensity of a candle. The flame size is adjusted by raising or lowering the wick in its holder. REMEMBER Don't let the lamp burn dry. If a lamp runs out of oil to burn, you start burning the wick and it may produce smoke. |

| A:Teak [tectona grandis] is a deciduous natural tropical hardwood from the highlands of South East Asia. It is the finest of all timbers for furniture. |

| Q:Why choose teak? |
|
| A:Teak is the unsurpassed wood for strength, durability and resistance to wear and requires minimal maintenance. It can be left out in your garden permanently - an occasional wash with soapy water is all that is required.
It is very hard wearing & its high levels of natural oils provide increased protection from the weather. |

| A:We are committed to ensuring that all the timber we use has been sourced with the least possible damage to the natural environment. We are working with our suppliers to then ensure that all our timber comes from verifiable sources with secure chains of custody and which meet the standards of good forest management. |
